Synopsis

After warping calorie-free-years away from world, the spacecraft Macross carries a city of civilians and soldiers dorsum dwelling. They continuously fight off the threat of the Zentradi together with Meltrandi, giant alien races alongside whom humanity wages state of war.

During a battle, the Macross transforms into a mecha operated past fighter pilot Hikaru Ichijou. Thrust into a number of hardships, Hikaru grows about the city’second idol Minmay Lynn.
